CranioSacral Therapy Study Groups
All study groups are open to practitioners who have completed Upledger CranioSacral Therapy 1 (CS1) and beyond, no matter the topic. Have your workbooks and skull models handy and join us with any questions you have. For in-person study groups you may need to bring a massage table or rolling stool depending on the location. CranioSacral study groups for Chicago city or the suburbs are held monthly, in-person. My colleague, Rebecca DeCoster, LMT, CST-T, and I alternately co-lead the groups. Study groups are scheduled on a Sunday afternoon. Always check schedule updates below.

Mentorship Program
Mentorship Program: Are you in the Upledger CST Mentorship Program? As certified therapists, Rebecca DeCoster and Mei Leslie can fulfill Part A for you, when you receive in-person treatment from either of us. For more information about credits follow the link above and look under the tab, "Do I Get Credit For Receiving Mentorship?" Participation at any of our in-person or Zoom study groups qualifies for Part B: 1-hour credit per study group. To fulfill Part C you will need to contact a Certified Mentor. If you are not currently in the Mentorship Program you can register HERE. If you would like to receive credit for past study groups or treatments, please email the leader of the group you attended, with the date(s).
