Stop and listen to your body... |
Selah |
Selah is an ancient Hebrew word from the Psalms. Scholars believe it was a musical notation indicating an interlude, or time of reflection. I use it here as a reminder to stop and listen to your body. Sometimes the noise in life is discordant and disruptive. The stresses of life or chronic conditions leave us unbalanced and often in pain. Take time to listen to your body and reflect on your health. Allow yourself the experience of therapeutic bodywork restoring the balance.

Massage |
Oncology Massage is often recommended as an adjunct to treatment, and has been shown to alleviate many common side effects. Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) is a light touch therapy that is often indicated for certain cancer treatments, or for general detoxification and lymphatic health.

& Bodywork |
Your body is equipped with the innate and amazing ability to repair itself. With listening hands and focused intent, Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a mindful bodywork that helps facilitate this process.
